PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Returns & Refund Policy:
To contact our Returns Department directly: returns@uniqueadvertising.com, NOTE: All PPP purchases are Non-Refundable due to nature of the product.
Hardware Only Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a hardware product, please fill out our Return Form within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it, or offer you a refund, based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse at your digression within 7calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fee's are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
We do charge a restocking fee of 25%.
Returns Containing Printed Graphics
Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature with the media and labor required to produce. However the stock hardware portion of the display can be returned for a refund. Please call 631-471-8701 or a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the hardware portion is returned in the original box, in unused condition we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment and your needs. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. (all shipping fee's are non refundable) All products must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We do charge a restocking fee of 25%.
Order Corrections
If your order is incorrect or damaged in the initial shipping from us, to its original destination, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and at our discretion we will make the proper corrections for you.
For Prompt Care
Please email iinfo@uniqueadvertising.com and inform us of your order number, issue, revised in hand date, and ship to address. Images of the issue are required for immediate consideration by management.
Warranty
Commercial Pop Up frames, Pop Fabric frames, Retractable Banner stands, and Portable Roll Up Banner stands carry a limited life time warranty against manufacture defect. All graphics carry a 30 day limited warranty. All other products carry a 1 month limited warranty. However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.
Graphic Approval
Graphic orders will be scheduled to ship by Graphics Department and the order will be processed as ordered unless you notify us to any changes prior to ship date scheduled. Graphics must be pre-approved in writing via email before printing can take place. Please only approve of your graphic art when you are ready to commit to it's printing, as this approval is final, and not reversible. Approving your proof confirms you are aware of your image quality of the file(s) you have provided. Approval must be received by 3 PM EST for that business day to count or else approval date will be following business day.
Limitation Of Liability
www.uniqueadvertising.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.uniqueadvertising.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. When placing an order with Unique Advertising and Display the customer agrees to the terms or our limited liability, and return and refund policies. Unique Advertising and Display 's limit of liability is the purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. The customer agrees to hold Unique Advertising and Display harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the stand or banner purchased. Unique Advertising and Display does not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges of products. Unique Advertising and Display is not responsible for products damaged in shipping, mis or redirected products, or any other circumstances out of Unique Advertising and Display 's control. A stand or banner may be either refunded or repaired at Unique Advertising and Display s discretion, if it is within the return policy time frame.
In no event shall www.uniqueadvertising.com 's liability to Customer's for any claims under this Agreement exceed the amount paid by Customer to www.wsdisplay.com during the three (3) months preceding the occurrence of the event's giving rise to Customer's claim.
When it comes to shipping delays we follow UPS rules and Exclusions. We are unable to refund any delays due to the following below: Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPSís control including,but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept Delivery of the Shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials Packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or other-wise applicable to the Shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil,unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPSís transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.
ñ International Shipments for which the customer is responsible as the payer of any applicable duties and taxes and Delivery is delayed until payment arrangements are made.
Shipping/Address Change In Transit
Also, if a customer requests an address change while the package is in transit - at no fault of Unique Advertising and Display - then there will be a fee added at time of request.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a www.uniqueadvertising.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ww.uniqueadvertising.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ww.uniqueadvertising.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ww.uniqueadvertising.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Credit / Invoicing
Beginning April 1, 2010 all invoices that go beyond terms will accrue monthly finance charges assessed at an annualized rate of 20%. If an invoice goes 60 days beyond terms, it will be submitted to our collections department and the full 20% finance charge will be added to the entire invoice at that time
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold www.uniqueadvertising.com harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Terms and Conditions.
