WARRANTY INFORMATION

Unique Advertising and Display warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers structural components and workmanship related to manufacturing.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper handling, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or damage resulting from improper installation, storage, or maintenance. Graphic panels, printed materials, fabric components, lighting, and electronic elements may be subject to separate manufacturer warranties and are not guaranteed against fading, scratches, or general aging caused by repeated use.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must notify Unique Advertising and Display in writing within the warranty period and provide supporting documentation, including photos and proof of purchase. Upon inspection and verification of the defect, Unique Advertising and Display will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
